Ball/Truck Assembly In Line Dual Sheave |

In response to a request for a double halyard Ball
Truck combination, we recently manufactured a variation
to the "standard’ dual sheave configuration in
which the two pulleys are normally opposite each other.
By fabricating the unit with the pulleys next to each
other, a significant improvement is made. In our in-line
configuration, the wind, pulleys and flag all track in a
straight line even if only one flag is used on one
halyard and the other halyard is "free". The customer has been extremely pleased with the appearance and functionality of this unit and we have decided to include it in our planning for the next price list. The all cast aluminum 12" diameter unit has upper and lower sealed spindle bearings. The pulleys are aluminum on stainless steel axles. This particular pictured unit also had dual sealed bearing assemblies in each pulley. This is the ultimate dual sheave external truck assembly. We are also looking into the possibility of gold leaf. |
