External Halyard Trucks

STATIONARY TRUCK - SINGLE SHEAVE

Cast aluminum construction with a cast nylon sheave on a 1/4" aluminum axle. Designed to slip over the top of the flagpole and be secured by three 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set screws. Top of the assembly is tapped 1/2"-13NC to accept a finial. Maximum recommended halyard diameter is 5/16".

REVOLVING TRUCK - SINGLE OR DOUBLE SHEAVE

Cast aluminum construction with cast nylon sheave(s) on 1/4" aluminum axle(s). The truck body rotates on 26 stainless steel ball bearings on cast races. The SINGLE SHEAVE TRUCK can be used on flagpoles with up to a 3 1/2" O.D. top while the DOUBLE SHEAVE TRUCK can be used on up to 4" O.D. tops. The top of the spindle is tapped 1/2"-13NC as standard to accept a finial but is also available in 5/8"-11 NC upon request. Maximum recommended halyard size is 5/16".

REVOLVING TRUCK - CAP STYLE - SINGLE OR DOUBLE SHEAVE

Same specifications as the single and double revolving trucks shown above except that the threaded spindle is replaced with a cast slip over cap and secured to the shaft by three 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set screws.

CAP STYLE TRUCK ADAPTERS

For use in mounting a revolving truck assembly to a shaft without a threaded end plug. Unit is tapped 1 1/4" NPT and is secured to the shaft by three 1/4"-NC stainless set screws or by drilling and tapping the shaft to the accept bolts.
