Internal Halyard Trucks

STATIONARY TRUCK

For use on rope style internal halyard flagpoles, a Single Sheave Stationary Truck is modified by adding a small pulley assembly within the truck to allow the halyard to feed from inside the flagpole. The assembly slips over the top of the shaft and is secured by three 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set screws. The minimum inside diameter of the top of the shaft should be 2 3/16". Top of the assembly is tapped 1/2''-13NC to accept a finial. Maximum recommended halyard diameter is 5/16".

REVOLVING TRUCK- SMALL

Proportioned for use on flagpoles up to 35' with a top diameter of up to 3 1/2''. Of heavy cast construction, this truck is available in two styles in order to be used in different applications. The standard unit has integrally cast upper and lower bearing races with 25 stainless steel ball bearings. A heavy duty version uses upper and lower stainless steel, sealed lubricant bearing assemblies for longer life and greater ease of rotation. Both models are available for use with cable or can be used in halyard applications with the addition of a hard rubber grommet at the cable exit hole. Assembly is 5 3/4'' in height and 5 3/4'' in diameter. The cast aluminum spindle is threaded 1 1/4'' NPT and the top of the truck is threaded 1/2''-13NC to accept a finial. LARGE AND EXTRA LARGE

The Large and Extra Large internal halyard units are of heavy cast aluminum construction with a bronze bushing at the cable exit point.These trucks incorporate upper and lower stainless steel, sealed lubricant bearing assemblies. The Large Truck has a base diameter of 8'' and the Extra Large Truck has a base diameter of 10''. Tops are tapped 1/2''-13NC for the attachment of a finial.
