| Applications for open account should be placed in
advance of the placement of the first order. Orders
placed for immediate shipment prior to credit approval
will be shipped C.O.D. and are payable with a certified
check unless previous arrangements have been made with
the Credit Department. Invoices are billed at time of
shipment. We are investigating the use of bank cards such
as Mastercard and Visa for use by our customers. If this
program is implemented, it will be available by
mid-spring, 1993. |
In order to take advantage of discounted unit prices
for quantity purchases, the following conditions should
be adhered to:
- Quantities of similar items within a product
group can be mixed to achieve the discounted
price.
- Must be a single order shipped to a single
destination at one time. Requests for blanket
order pricing or pricing on substantial
quantities will be addressed on an as-submitted
basis.

| Due to costs incurred in processing orders, a minimum
order of $10 is requested. When placing orders by phone,
fax, or mail, please reference the part number as well as
the description. This will help minimize errors. |
| All prices are F.O.B. our dock in Dallas, Texas.
Shipments made via U.P.S., Parcel Post, Federal Express,
etc. will be paid by us and added to the invoice. Orders
of the size to necessitate motor freight will be shipped
PREPAID in the "bill-to's" name. |
| Every effort will be made to ship the merchandise
packaged in such a manner that minimizes the chances of
in-transit damages. If merchandise is delivered showing
signs of freight damage, refuse the shipment and contact
our Customer Service Department. This allows us to reship
your order promptly and file a freight claim with the
carrier. If the shipment is accepted and later discovered
to be damaged, the responsibility for filing the claim
lies with the customer. |
| A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from
the Customer Service Department prior to returning any
merchandise for whatever reason. |
