| ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Flagpole
Components, Inc. ( FCI ) warrants to the first purchaser
of its products (Buyer) that its products will be free
from defects in material and workmanship under normal use
and service for a period of one year from the date of
shipment by FCI. If any failure to conform to this
warranty appears and written notice of such failure is
given to FCI within the warranty period, FCI shall, at
its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective
product. Specifically excluded from this warranty is the
cost of labor required to replace or reinstall the
defective product. Repair or replacement by FCI is the
Buyer's sole remedy in the event of a failure of the
products to conform to this warranty. This warranty does
not cover defects caused by improper installation,
overloading, accident, misuse or neglect nor does it
cover alteration or modification unless the change has
been approved, in writing, by FCI.

| With respect to applied finishes, halyard or flags,
FCI makes no warranty and hereby expressly disclaims all
warranties including, but not limited to, the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. All warranty claims must be directed
to Flagpole Components, Inc., P.O. Box 277 Addison TX
75001. No product shall be returned without the prior
approval by FCI and upon such approval must be shipped
postage prepaid by the buyer. |
